This man came with very poor remaining top teeth. His bottom teeth were fine and wanted all of them removed and replaced with fixed bridge.

All the teeth were removed and All on 4 implants and fixed bridge ( Teeth in a day) was done. Patient wanted teeth slightly irregular to look normal.
